Dry eyes are a problem associated with steroid therapy..If steroids are continued, fake tears are recommended to prevent corneal ulcer.
dry eyes cause the redness..

If she isn't on prolonged steriod treatment, her eyes will return to normal.. If they don't, you will need to get fake tears for her from your vet.
