Wear deodorant on when you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning put it on again. Putting deodorant on at night will take in full effect when you get up in the morning so you wont sweat as often. I know, I have the same problem also.

i heard about people injecting botox in their armpits, which stops them from sweating there... but that's probably a little too extreme, lol. Just wear light clothing, preferably cotton, and wear strong antiperspirant. You should also drink a lot of water to keep your body cool and hydrated.

If not use a good quality deodorant
Drink plenty of water to replace lost fluids.
