Haha surely drumming up some honesty. Lovin it. Though please see it was a general question, hair and smarts were the top two in a survey I saw a few weeks ago, but, I am more curious on what really gets your heatbeat missing......

I usually go for a good personality: creative, a little dorky, fun and funny, but lets face it, you have to be attracted to the person you're dating.
I like girls who are short (cause i am), red hair is hot, but it really doesn't matter and bright eyes. I don't like girls that are skinny or fall into stereotypes. I like it when my girl can get along with my friends, with or without me.
I don't care if she eats meat, but has to respect that I don't.

It is not the hair and stuff, but a first look would be from the back the legs and butt, slim trim, take the second look, fat and sloppy move on, from the front, at least an average look, or attractive, clean hair, color makes no difference, then personality, and most of all does she have a good heart, honest and sincere, does not have to be a beauty queen, but can't be an air head with tattoo's either

For me it is defintely a combination of looks and personality. I am first attracted to a woman because of her looks, but I will only stay interested in the woman if she has a great personality. I can be turned off by a gorgeous woman with a horrible personality and I can be turned on by a woman with a great personality even if I did not find her outwardly attractive at first.
As for preferences, that would be hard for me. I am really attracted to the girl next door look. As a frame of reference, I think Rachael McAdams is gorgeous, but especially in the role she played in a Family Stone.

WOW, That sure is limiting! There's a LOT MORE to People Than Looks & Smarts! It's more their Moral Character than Anything Else! Who and What they REALLY ARE!
Don't put Physical Mental Limitaions on what you are looking for, try something OUTSIDE you usual Comfort Zone, You Just Might Be Amazed!!!

I can tell you how guy works then how girl works...
We fall in this order:
1. Physical Body (Beginning stage)
2. Heart
3. Mind
What girls fall in this order:
1. Mind
2. Heart
3. Physical Body (Guys with other 2 suddenly look more attractive)
Most guys believe girls put as much emphasis on looks as they do. Not true guys.

Guys look for the face first before anything else....guys are visual people and they get attracted to a symmetrical looking face. But if a girl is very pretty but she lacks personality, guys won't want her either....it's good to have a balance of both factors.

Do you think when guys answer this it will represent all men out there or somethnig? um no. Every one is different and has there own personal taste. Unless you plan on dating one of these guys that answer, there's seriously no point in this question.

No specific hair color, that would make me pretty shallow wouldn't it? And personality is great but the first thing that initially attracts you to a woman is her looks......its basic human nature. just answering how I see it

Preference has always been for a woman with dark hair and dark eyes and those are the only ones I have dated

hair color is not too important for me...u have to live with personality not the hair color...hair color can be changed thousands of times during the liftime but personality is stable and will not change so i prefer personality...ofcourse a little bit of beauty is needed for the first steps of life.
