Not even close! Doctors are only human, although some like to think they are better. I have had experience where they have been wrong. I have been able to diagnose myself on certain things, and tell them what is wrong!

complete crap. Doctors are trained specialists in a particular field and most are good at what they do because they have trained and studied for many years. Would you be asking the same question if a bad doctor gave you bad advice on a particular ailment. Am I the only one that reads about malpractice everyday or some doctor violating a patients doctor/patient privilege. Smarten up!!!!!

What I believe is that Doctors are gifted with knowledge given too them by God. How they use this knowledge and if they use this knowledge is sometimes questionable. If you ever question what one Doctor says always get more opinions. I do believe that sometimes they are wrong.

I don't either. Doctors are educated in many fields, however they are human, and can make mistakes. God doesn't make mistakes. Once you find a good Doctor that you are comfortable with you will be happier not to mention healthier. Once you found a church that you feel comfortable with you will also be happier and healthier.

no, but i believe that we have the education, experience, practical knowledge, and academic resources and knowledge required to deal with most of the problems that cross our paths

There are bad doctors, there are doctors who won't know the answer to every question, and there are doctors who have made mistakes. But after spending most of our lives studying and learning every nuance and science of the human body, i think we can say that we have the athority to know what is medically best for people most of the time.

EDIT: to the people saying we're just making people sicker and are in bed with the drug companies, take off your tin foil hat and get off your high horse for 5 minutes. who are you going to go to when you have that massive heart attack, your homeopath or the guy at the herbal medicine store? If you break your leg, or have a ruptured appendix, are you going to fix yourself with some tea?

we actually have studied the science, devoting years of our lives to it, to say that we're making people sicker and are doing this for our own profit is just as ridiculous as the 'doctor' the original poster mentions as referring to himself as god.

Absolutely not...they thrive on illness and disease to make someone sicker..chemo, radiation?? STOP IT! If doctors are as great as they claim to be, then why do people die, get terminal disease???...it's all about the profits they have with the drug coma pines...The sicker a person is, the more rewards they can reap with deeper pockets, while they lie to a family about all the "new cures" they have..when all these cures do is prolong pain and an inevitable death

WESTERN DOCTORS MAY BELIEVE IT THEMSELVES, AND THE ELDERLY LINE UP NOT KNOWING ANY BETTER AS WELL.
HAND OUT THE PILLS. DOCTORS AND THE PHARMACUETICAL INDUSTRY ARE IN BED TOGETHER FOR A BUCK. MOST AILMENTS CAN BE CURED BY NATURE AND COMMOM SENSE. PEACE.
