I am having the worst time trying to find someone acceptable to relieve me for occasional time off. Am I the only one who has this problem? Any solutions, anyone? I love my work and don't want to leave, but after 3 yrs with only a few days off, I am totally burned out, HELP!

I am an LPN caring for the elderly..Both the disabled and the elderly require a lot of extra care and it does get frustrating sometimes even with an adequate time off. There is a national health care shortage. There are agencies that provide temporary health care services.
Also, there are support groups for caregivers...check them out.I have found a few on the internet.Watch your diet and exercise.get adequate sleep and find an activitty you enjot to relieve stress.

lots of luck to you .Be blessed!
