The legal issues are not so restricting and all you need is a working permit which you get if you are offered a job.
My main concern will be for your fammily, since they are Asian they are most likely to be discriminated against.
Most Asians in Saudi are Phillipinos and Malasian and they work as cleaners and in sanitation. They are not treated well and in some places are not welcome.
Its kind of like puting on a galabia and kafia and riding the New York subway.

Permanent Immigration is not possible in Saudi Arabia, it's preferable to seek a job visa near Makkah or in Makkah and that allows a long term stay, Alternatively would be marrying a Saudi citizen or marry an expartriate who lives or wanting to move to Saudi in near future.

Immigration to Saudi is not easy (unfortuinatly). But it is possible. Try to get a job near Mekkah so you can get a visa to get in Saudi. That is the best way to stay their. You can get an Umrah visa but you cant stay for a long time.
Wish you luck brother.

Unfortunately Saudi Arabia don't have a clear migration policy but last year I read couple of article on arab news that they are now considering migrants on business investor category and skilled engineers or doctors who worked in saudi arabia for ten years.
So it is possible
Ask your nearest saudi consulate about migration
