Yes it is. They should be good role models for their children. That's not setting a good example. It's showing their kids to lie and that doing drugs is ok. Kids aren't stupid they know what is going on.

If a parent requires their child's urine to pass a drug test they should stop doing drugs please...Not only is that a bad influence to have around, but if the parent ever get's caught they will most likely be in danger of losing their kids!

That is very wrong, and messed up. My mother smokes weed, and I'm very ashamed about it.
I am 16, and I totally despise drinking and illegal drugs.
What really depresses me is the fact that these children have to live with moronic stoned parents who aren't taking proper care of their children.
If people choose to do illegal drugs, they should have to deal with the consequences.
Do you know for sure that this is happening? it should be reported right away. I don't understand how parents can do this. Aren't we taught that parents are responsible and wise? If so, when will the ones who aren't start taking responsibility for what they do?
Parents are supposed to teach their children values and morals. For 18 years, children live with their parents and grow up learning what their parents do.
If a child has parents that are irresposible and ignorant to their foolish mistakes, what is that showing their kids?
I'm begging you, please report these creeps right away.

What would be sad ( but poetic justice) would be if the parent used the child's urine for their drop, and the child's urine ended up dirty.

They need their OWN urine. They're cheating the drug test.
