i have a long hair, really long. but i don't like them at all
my boyfriend likes it and always tells me keep your hair long :-&
i love him , i don't want to make him sad :-(
what should i do?

if i were in your shoes I'd never cut my hair.
because your boyfriend likes it. if you respect his opinion and requests he will respects yours.
he may want to see how much do you care about his requests and passions. if you cut your hair he may feel that you don't love him but if you keep your hair as it is he will realize that he is important to you. so next time, if you ask any thing from him he'll do it for you.
i know it's difficult to have long hairs as i have too, so i know how you feel. but i think you should not cut your hair

Listen, if you love him, then just keep it long. Would he do something similar for you? I like to shave my head, but I love my girlfriend and she says she likes it longer (like Leo). So, I'm willing to make that sacrifice to please her because I know she would do the same for me.
Yes, long hair is very becoming of a woman. Have you talked to him about how you feel? You never know. If it's giving you headaches or something, maybe he will also be willing to make a sacrifice for you and I guess if he really loves you then he'll love you with short hair too. Just...you know, talk things out with him. If you can't do that, how are you going to handle more serious issues when they come up?
...but listen to this if you don't listen to anything else. Don't subscribe to this "Do whatever makes YOU happy and who cares what he thinks or feels" attitude. How would you feel if he felt that way and did whatever made HIM happy without any consideration for your feelings. Bottom line, you should talk things out with him. I would suggest that maybe you put a compromise before him that you can perhaps both be happy with. Because hair is such a small issue in a relationship, but your attitude toward small things can reveal how you'll deal with larger things (and visa-versa for him).

It's your hair - if he really, truly loves you, cutting your hair won't make him stop. Besides, it grows back. Does he take you into consideration ALL THE TIME when he does things that you don't want him to? Bet not - just the nature of the beast. Not saying he's a bad guy, but just most guys do what they want without considering their mates (except my husband of course : )!
If you decide to cut your, make sure you donate it to Locks of Love - think of all the little girls w/cancer and no hair that would love your hair as their own and how wonderful you would feel making someone feel better! Who knows, maybe your bf will love you more for cutting your hair to help someone else!

Does he love you or your hair? All men prefer long hair. That didn't stop me though. I have had long hair for years, last Tuesday I got it chopped all off and I have gotten so many compliments! I feel so much younger..I love it and you will to if you decide to get it cut! A man should love you for you not for your hair length, that's just wrong

I go thru this all the time, I get sick of my long hair, cut it off, regret it & grow it back & then do it all over again. I have decided not to cut it anymore, my husband loves me reguardless but I always regret cutting it. Just pull it up, do different up do's & to get you out of the hair boredom stage & live with out the regret.

Most likely, your boyfriend has not seen you with your hair any other way.. You should cut your hair.... Not too much.. Like anywhere under your chin is a safe place. Your boyfriend will love how easy it is to run his fingers through and how soft it is... especially is it is getting on your nerves! LOL

hint to him that you want to cut ur hair, if u have long hair and don't like it then it must be really bad cuz a lot of ppl would love long hair. anyways, when u hint to him, see what his reaction is, if he's really against it, then try telling him y u hate ur long hair.
if he doesn't understand, then i'd think he doesn't love u enough. i mean its just hair. maybe (just maybe) the bigger part of him only likes u for ur hair.

im a guy and personally i like long hair but as long as it isnt too short im sure hell be fine with it. Do water ever floats ur boats if he rly likes u he wouldnt care.
