There is no question that reincarnation is a reality, we, as individual spirit souls are reincarnating within these very bodies, the material body is composed of gross molecules and atomic particles, that are constantly changing, every seven years each cell is completely replaced, so the body we had seven years ago is different to the body we have now, this is reincarnation, even within this life.

At the end of this life when the gross material body is no longer operational, being simply a temporary biological machine, then the subtle material mind replays the events of one's life, those events in one's life that are most prominant propel the spirit soul, the real self, to the next destination, the basis for this to happen is by the activities that we perform and the desires that are most prominant, man proposes and God disposes.

If we live a spiritual life, with activities and desires to please the Supreme, then the original spiritual body is revived and we can return home, back to Godhead, however if the desires are more worldly then we will attain another material body perfectly suited to the mentality that we have developed whilst being in the human form of life, therefore the knowledge of the science of reincarnation is of paramount importance to understand.

The early Christian church also taught reincarnation, up untill the 6th century A.D., in 553 A D when the Roman empire started to collapse, the emperor Justinian at the 5th Ecumenical council at Constantinople removed and altered the teachings of Jesus to gain more social control over the uneducated masses, by establishing the "scare tactic" of a singular life, as anyone who opposed these types of alterations was considered a heretic, it is not difficult to understand how these gross misconceptions came to be accepted.

Fortunately we are now able to discuss real knowledge openly, without fear of an inquisition, aside from a shrinking group of "text book" fundamentalists, the science of reincarnation is being accepted unopposed by many intelligent people.

Me personally, I'm not totally sure yet. There are times when it seems I know things I shouldn't know, couldn'tknow, from this lifetime. So at times, I don't doubt that reincarnation exists.

However, it is a hard thing to prove- really, allone can do is to believe or not believe, as with anything else of a religious nature. It's all about the power of the mind. Maybe sousls get 'recycled' maybe they don't. But will it change your life to find out if it is true? Maybe. Maybe not.

For me, it could be life changing... I still cling to notions of a heavan and hell at times, and at other times they simply can't exist to me, because life right now is too real for anything else to be possible. I personally, go in circles when it comes to whether I believe in reincarnation or not- sometimes I do, because I feel it very strongly, and other times I don't.

Christianity first taught reincarnation. None other than Jesus
Christ said that Elijah lived again as John the Baptist. Two
references in Matthew. The way it's written in different versions
makes it easy to deny.
It says in Revelation that John will have to prophesy again
before nations and kings.
Reincarnation is not some wonderful thing though. We are
supposed to experience a range of lives. Like man and woman.
Rich and poor. A holy person, a soldier full of bloodlust. That
way noone can look down their nose at anyone else. But
then we are supposed to progress.
All that living 999 times, is spirits fooling around in spirit, just
like humans waste time in this world.

Because Nature likes it when we recycle.

I believe in reincarnation but not in past lives (okay ponder that for a minute).

I believe that our souls are akin to water. And there is a great font (the collective consciousness) where the water of our souls resides.

When we are created our bodies are the cup and the water of souls is poured into the cup. As with water, it takes on some of the flavor as soon as it enters the cup (hereditary traits) and as we go through our lives the water is 'flavored' by our experiences so that when we die and leave this life our water is poured back into the font. So that other cups can be filled later.

Now if you have ever watched colored water poured back into clear water you know the color thins out and spreads but it doesn't do it evenly. This is why you may have a recollection of a place or something seems familiar to you but you don't remember a complete past life.

I believe we have the opportunity to come to this life as many times as we want to learn all that we can.

Why? Because that's the whole purpose of life - to learn.

Sorry I can't give a lot more detail. I don't have my full understanding of our being quite worked out yet, except that there is no God, no higher power. If anything, our spiritual selves are the collective "higher power".

Spirit is just another energy in the universe. No one had to create it. It just happened like everything else happened. I also don't believe reincarnation has to have anything to do with the flow of time.

Kinda. I think it could be real but maybe reincarnations happen every 100 years or 1000 years. Maybe a bunch of souls mixed together in one body.

I don't believe in reincarnation. Everybody has their own chance to do the best in this world. This is only once, not twice or more. Life after life is determined what you do during your last life.

No reincarnation in my belief.

Because I don't believe in time nor in shape - so whoever we are, we just are. Reincarnation for me means that what is me can appear in all shapes at all times. The appearance and form is the illusion.

Yes, I believe and always have. It is impossible for us to be here only once when there is so much work for us to do to progress our souls. We are here to learn the experience of this Earth and all it has to offer. Each incarnation teaches us more lessons about love, about negativity, about helping others, etc. Some would say God is with us as we experience this Earth because He cannot be here in a human form.
