my husband and I married shortly after meeting each other. Neither of us had extra money, so I never got a wedding or engagement ring. We are 2 years into marriage and still nothing. We get alot back for taxes, and he is mentioning taking the family to Disney world. I bought a cheap fake once as a hint, and he said, you have a ring when I brought it up. He acts as if its silly when to me it is sacred. Otherwise our relationship is good. Am I just not a priority?

I think you are worrying too much over a material thing!! he treats you right, with love and with respect right... that is where your heart should be not on a ring that you could loose by chance someday! they are just things and if he loves you and keeps you happy what else do you need dear?

The ring is sacred, no doubt. You said the finances were low when you got married. How are the finances today? Do you still love him in spite of him not getting you a ring? Maybe he's saving up for an expensive rock that you'll need sunglasses when you look at it. If having a ring is important to you, then it should be just as important to him. Just give him a little more time! It might be worth the wait!!

depends if he pays lot of attention to you and cares for you gives you whatever he things good it's OK , bcoz. sometimes men's things that the wedding ring or Valentine day is not a very big thing for then if you are happy and enjoying a evening then it's like the Valentine for them so you can not just take his love and affection only for that ring may be i don't know you are worth thousand rings so he has not given you one....

bye
take care

Sorry but I agree with Jon. Do you love your husband or a diamond better?

IT SOUND LIKE HE IS A WONDERFUL CARING HUSBAND
AND THAT IT IS SOMETHING THAT BOTHER YOU, SO
BUY YOUR SELF A RING. THEN MAY BE IT WILL MAKE YOU
FEEL BETTER, BUT I THINK YOU ARE HIS PRIORITY.
SINCE YOU SAID THAT EVERYTHING IS GREAT IN
YOUR RELATIONSHIP.
