If you can't get meds right now, try talking to someone you trust. At least get your feeling off your chest so they don't build up. You can also try writing in a journal or writing some poetry about how you are feeling. I know what you're going through and it sucks. I hope you are able to get some medicine soon. Good Luck.

I am sorry to hear that you are depressed. Try really hard to mix with people and have some fun, it will be difficult for you but laughter is the best medicine and I know you are strong enough to do this, eventually you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

yes, fish oil, st. john wort, and holy basil. They worked well for me, but you take either st. john wort or holy basil not both. and they dont have horrible side effects like anti depressants

first ask yourself what is making you depressed. Is it someone, your life, your job, your relationships, your physical appearance. First you have to identify what is making you depressed and then you have to make up your mind your going to stop feeling sorry for yourself and start doing something about it. Start asking yourself questions and you will naturally start to figure out your own problems.

for some, cognitive behavioral therapy helps. You need to find a skilled practitioner.
