With a potty mouth like yours, How soon do you forget that you suppose to have morals therefore you are not a christian. You said that you just Lied about being an atheist. Wow! Now who is being a jack@ss? Get ur Lie Straight! God hates Sin and Lying is very much one of them. So try telling the truth and study it closely. You must be 100 years old and can't hold ur dirty pamper up because of the load of crap that you are carrying. You went to college? You must of went to grammar school in the Early 1900's which shows that you don't know any better. How Pitiful are U. Atheists are in fear that's why you and others are on this site and you should be because time is running out and salvation is free to those who want to receive it. You said you was a christian but that's not possible because if you were then you would know that Christians are to not to debate and argue but to share to those who are willing to receive. True believers don't doubt God's existence and serve God faithfully. Don't be obsessed or have a sick fixation on religion if you don't want to be apart of it. You are acting crazy with ur ranting which is usual for ur age! Act like u have some sense Old one and prove to the younger ones otherwise.

I am not a christian but I read a book written by a formerly a fanatic chatolic and now she is a very good teacher in Islamic teaching (Ms Irene Handono),that Bible contained so many false veses and contradiction verses almost 90 % of it such as pig meat is forbidden then changed by forest pig is forbidden. There is no strong evidence that Jesus born on Dec 25.That date is an annual festival. day of Romanian people.Jesus himself never spoke that he was a son of God.Yesus did not died in crucified. She coverted her religion after she read surah 112 Al Ikhlash that (1)Allah is the only one God,no other God than Allah(2)Allah is a God that everything in this world depends on Him (3)He has no son and no parents(4)there is no anyone equivalent or equal with Him
These verses are logic that Allah is the Greatest and has no son,
no beginning and no ending .Allah is the greatest King of the universe. He is a pure only one and no son.Jesus was not His son
I think before you converted your christian religion into an atheist you are better studying Islamic religion You can make a comparative study in searching of truth. After that you can decide which religion is the best and can be accepted by your thought.

I'm a little confused by your lack of understanding. You know as well as I that Christianity is claimed by no telling how many sects (Roman Catholics, Baptists, Anabaptists, Lutherans, Pentecostals and on and on).

And each of these for the most part are going to conflict with the others - if not then there would be no sectarian divisions. All these confusing divisions do not detract from the fact that the Gospel is NOT divided - BUT OBVIOUSLY - people are.

If I say its raining, and someone else says its not, and yet someone else says its not rain but mud or snow or whatever - you have to check it out and see who is telling the truth instead of throwing in the towel simply because of those who disagree.

Is it raining? and if so is it water or mud or snow or???

Jesus said there would be division because of him. Satan has deeply divided people on the Gospel and secured for himself the title of Greatest Deceiver in the Universe (don't look it up, its not written that way in the Bible but a figure of speech).

If you give up on God and decided you are Atheist - you deceived yourself. You know there is a God or you would not have been a Christian to begin with. Go back to the grass roots - THE BIBLE and leave the denominations (sects and cults) alone. Prayer and the Bible is all you need to guide you.., not these divided souls who don't even comprehend their own faith.

I think it's incredulous that you've made a decision based on what other people think on Yahoo answers. Christians shouldn't be trying to convert the masses and using tactics when they are in disagreement with someone.
Atheists shouldn't do that either.
Didn't anyway tell you it was impolite to talk about politics and religion?
The only reason the atheists are kicking @ss as you call it, is because too many people have conflicting statements on religion. Some believe this way, others believe that way. Which way is right? They think they know, but do they?
Hey, I do believe in God. I do feel I am a Christian. But I do condemn people telling other's to go to hell and being judgemental of them.
And I do think it's awful that atheists are doing the same as well.
It's an arugment nobody will be able to win in reality......we believe what we believe. I wouldn't be choosing my faith or lack thereof from responses you see on Yahoo.com, 'prove all things'.....and rather than listening to these people, do your own studies to find out what it is you believe in, because I wouldn't put so much faith in total strangers.

It was hard to filter out the question in your tirade, the only one I could find was "aren't Christians supposed to be converting people to their religion..." and the answer is that Jesus told His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. I find it interesting that you willingly lie in the first part of your message and then claim to still be a Christian and "strong in your faith" You also say you know quite a bit about the Bible so perhaps you've read "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor" and you might want to check out what Revelations 21:8 says awaits all liars. It's just a suggestion brother but you might want to search your heart and see where you are in your walk with God. We all have things we need to repent of from time to time. One final thing that I will say is this. I've learned through life lessons and some mistakes that came back to bite me, I can't judge anyone, I can't say to Joe Who on the street " You are going to Hell" because I'm not his judge, God is and God sees the heart whereas we mere humans can only see the outside. That's why Jesus said "Judge not, that you be not judged, for with the judgment you use against others you yourself will be judged. All we can do as Christians is point people to the sinless Christ who died for all and loves us all and who in the end will judge each of us with His words that He left us.

It's quite sad to see you say that you have been converted to being an atheist, all through a computer with no heart or feelings. God as you know is always there waiting for his children to return to him, It's never too late to pick up your bible and remember what god wants, not what other non believers want on the computer.

If you were familiar with the Bible, as you say, then you would know that there would be many false Christs and false Christians in the world. These do not know, nor follow, the true doctrines of Christ.

I too cry when I see all the false teachings that these false christians profess. But I laugh when I see the confused and muddled "proofs" of atheists and Muslems arguing against Christianity.

In one sense I know what you mean. I believe in God, and I have never seen so much hatred for God in my life, but it isn't coming from Christians, It's coming from people with little or no faith at all.

I think my answers have been very persistent. And I don't pretend to know all that there is to know concerning the bible. There is still much to learn.

I am sorry that your head has been turned in the other direction, but ye of little faith, should know better than to trust anyone on the Internet. Probably over half of the people answering questions on here who claim to love God, just may actually be Atheist. And you went to college? As a matter of fact, I would be willing to bet there are more Atheist than Christians on this site.

I'm sorry for your loss.

I don't know the specifics of what you are saying about other so-called Christians on Yahoo!Answers (some are probably not anyway). But it should not dissuade you from being a Christian. It certainly hasn't for me. You should stand firm in yr faith and trust in the Lord and not those esp on this Yahoo!Answers. Why don't you try joining a cell group so that you can support each other in yr faith?

well said! i came from a methodist school, ahd studied there for 10 years, so i know about christianity. but the way these people are behaving are not what we are taught in my methodist school.

christianity did nto teach us to try to convert everyone we see to christianity, they did not teach us to be disrespectful to others who have different religion, they did not teach us to condem others, they did not teach us to call others names just cause they don't have the same religions, they did not teach us to come up with some smart *** answers about christianity, even when the person was asking about another religion.

hey, if i wanna know more about christianity, i will ask. but if i am asking about another religion, i am simply not interested to hear you preach about your religion, while at the same time condeming other religions.

i as someone who for the time being has no religion, believes that all religions are good in their own ways. they teach their believers to be good and live a good life.

and as an atheist, being able to say all these, believes that i am living a far more healthier life than those who claim to believe in tthis religion, but doesn't do what your religion preaches. but in fact went all out to put other people down, just casue you believe in different gods.
