A dating question. I also drive an older car and I only make like $48k in Los Angeles.

No, being short is okay. I'm 5'6", and my b/f is a few inches shorter than me. As long as you have a good personality, you'll find someone.

the $48K sounds ok, but the older car sounds bad. 5'-6" is ok for a woman who is 5'-6" or shorter. Sure, there are women out there 5'-6" or less.
You will die alone only if you want to.

You are not going to die alone. Height is no problem as long as you feel comfortable in your body then you should do fine. I'm 5"6' myself and turning 14 in 2 months but height should never be a problem. Things will come your way when you're not so desperate and going with the flow.

Some superficial women will want a man who is tall. My husband is only just taller than me but it would not matter if he was shorter. I have a friend who is very tall and is married to a man who would only be 5ft 4 he is a great guy and a fabulous father. Add to that the fact that he has what i call a small mans attitude (which I dont mean in a bad way) I just think being a mum of two boys who are very tiny in size that a small man tends to have to be prepared to stand up for themselves as I know my boys are the first to be picked up and thrown around at school. My sons are tough as they both race motocross, but being small has its problems. I really think that if you are a nice guy then some woman will discover that and if size does matter to her then she is not the one for you.

If you die alone, it will not be because of your height, income, or car.
I believe that there is someone out there for everyone, it's only a matter of finding the right person. I suggest you hit some bars with friends and just play up your assets. Everyone has things that make them unique and attractive. Good luck! :D

well, i personally like tall guys. but if there was a guy that i like that was on the short side, that wouldn't matter if he had a good personality. and your car and money only matter if you find a girl that is so high maintainance and is extremely materialistic. I don't think you'll die alone, you just have to find the right person. Not all girls care about your car and money, hon.

No you won't die alone. Height isn't important to some women. My husband is 5'4 and I'm 5'5. I don't mind having someone my height. I don't have to stretch and reach for kisses. It's what's on the inside that counts.

You are not that short for a guy,There are girls out there that are short like me that think 5'6'" is fine, and 48k isn't poverty by any means,you will be just fine.

It does not matter at all. I am 5'7 and im dating a guy thats 5'5. I could care less its not about height its about the person. :D

Anyone who talks like "if you HAVE A GOOD PERSONALITY" obviously doesn't care about personality, just likes to sound like they do because they heard it was "good" or something, maybe doesn't even know what it means because there are so many better ways to say it that don't sound so robotic.
I'm like 5'8" and I'm too short for Phoenix women! Your best bet is to leave the country.
