i get numb while sitting for long hours...is it dangerous....will it cause thrombosis?

no problem, it isquite common.. but this generally happens to ladies as they have low blood levels...
eat well
this happens when the blood gets stopped and if you restrict by not moving your limbs..
try to relax as many tmes as possible.
