All men do. Gay men admit it, while straight men deny it. However, "straight" men have these fantasies far less frequently, perhaps only once or twice in their entire lives. Acting out those fantasies is a completely different story, though.
If you would have asked "do men fantasize about women", the answer would be very similar. Except this time it would be the straight men admitting it and the gay men denying it. And again, acting out those fantasies is a completely different story.

nope..maybe gays do.but straight guys didn't...i hope you getz what iam pointing out... gays fantasized more the guys when they are wearing only underwears...i know that because my friend is a gay and he confess me that..hahaha

only if they're gay. in fact my definition of gay is if you have ever fantisized/participated in a gay act. you cant ever become straight again if you've done it once.
