Why ask us??? Go to the MD or the ER (I would go to the ER).
This could be anything and everything. If she hit her head during a fall she could have a brain bleed, she could have a tumor, she could have an inner ear infection, she could have fluid in her ear...lots of lots of possibilities.
Don't mess around- GO TO THE MD.
Call the ER Department right now where you live - tell them what she is doing and do what they say. NOW!!!!!!

When my youngest son was two, he fell on everything. He had what looked like horns starting to grow out of his forehead because he fell onto the corner of the TV stand, and then onto the corner of a coffee table at Grandma's house. For a period of about 2 months it looked like he was being abused he had so many bumps and bruises from falling down. It's just a stage they go through. They're trying to move too fast for their own co-ordination, and can't keep up basically. As for the eating thing, kids do that too. They'll go through growing spurts where you can't feed them enough food, and then they'll slack off and not be really interested in much. Don't panic, I'm sure she'll be fine. If it continues where she's not eating at all, take her to her pediatrician. But if she's still gaining weight, and has a mild interest in food, then don't worry. She'll be okay. Good luck!! =)

It could be caused by a few things:
-She could be having a growing spurt. Kids tend to get really clumsy when they grow all of a sudden. Suddenly their legs are longer or feet grow, and they haven't adjusted to it yet. My two-year-old is going through this right now... she has come home with several bruises on her knees and shins from preschool, falling down because her feet grew two shoe sizes over the summer.
-She could be having an inner ear problem. The inner ear area regulates your balance and vestibular sensory system. If there is too much fluid in the ear, such as in an infection, it can cause a child to be off balance and fall alot.
-She could have a sensory processing disfunction. Children who tend to crash around either have problems with the ear area (as above) or with their proprioceptive sense. This sense tells your body how close you are to other objects, where your body is in space, how much pressure to put on things (like picking up a glass), and gives input to your joints and muscles. A great book to look at for ideas on this is The Out of Sync Child by Carol Stock Kranowitz (you can get it from a local book store or on amazon.com). It has all kinds of activities for children to help them work on their balance and coordination.
I suggest a preliminary evaluation by your doctor to rule out an ear infection, and then if she continues to keep falling after allowing for an adjustment to growth period, say 2 months, then follow up with another evaluation from your child's pediatrician to rule out any medical problems (like a sensory processing disorder). Good luck!

A growth spurt can cause this, her appetite would also drop off after a growth spurt. Learning a new skill can also make a child more clumsy. This is very common in 2 year olds. I wouldn't be too concerned unless she is showing pain or other symptoms.

there are a whole range of issues that could cause a toddler to fall over....
it could be an ear problem..
it could be an eye problem
it could be epilepsy....
it could be normal toddler clumsiness
it could be a brain infection
it could be a lot of things...
you do need to take her to a doctor and have the problem looked at properly
as for eating... it could be a symptom of a bigger problem or it could simply be a stage she is going through...

Have you had her eyes checked? It's quite possible that she may need glasses even at her age.
