Could be. Picture a scenario where you really do find the ark of the covenanant. What is the ark of the covenant? It is literally the Word of God inscribed in stone tablets, and other items that were used for sacrifice in the temple. So if that's true, I would think that God would protect the ark of the covenant by hiding it somewhere. Why would it end up in Ethiopia? I have no idea. I think the Ethiopians have alot of folklore. I don't think it's true, but it could be. I think the most likely place it is is in a cave near the Temple. An archeologist claims to have found it, but he cannot reveal the location because he was told not to by Angels that were protecting it. He has no proof of it, but it seems God chose him to find these things, including the true Red Sea crossing and Noah's Ark. The story of how he found the ark of the covenant and the location of the ark of the covenant is profound, because the location of the ark of the covenant suggests that Jesus' blood literally was spinkled on the ark of the covenant as a final sacrifice for our sins! If that isn't profound I don't know what profound means.

I think it is an intersting possibilty, Obviously the "ark" that is in Ethiopia cannot be seen by anyone and only touched by the high priest.
The Church of Ethiopia does have several artifacts that would be owned by the Priests who cared for the Ark. So there is a possibiliy that they do have the true ark. after all no one else is coming forward with it.

actually, the Ethiopians claim they have it, but no one is allowed to see it or go near it. my pastor went to visit the church and they wouldn't let him in. he did not believe it was there because, as he said, "if Ethiopia possessed the ark of the covenant, they would be exhibiting tremendous power." It would have some sort of effect on the land, the people, something.

The ark of the covenant is not in heaven the ark in "Revelation 11:19. "And the temple of G-d was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail." Now I can see that this is the temple of G-d in heaven. The Ark of the Covenant, which the L-rd had Moses construct, was a model of that which was in heaven."

No, I don't believe that. It was destroyed by the Romans under Titus in 70 A. D. when the Second Temple was destroyed in Jerusalem.
There is even an arch that was erected in Rome with the looting of the temple carved into it commemorating the event. There is no temple, and no Israel since 70 A.D.

I believe that the Ark was found by Ron Wyatt. He found it under where Jesus was crucified. He even got a blood sample from it. It is very interesting because Jesus blood ran down the crack and upon the mercy seat. They are suppose to go back and recover it this year.

I disagree, The ark doesn't belong to us. It belongs to God's people, the children of Jerusalem. And besides, if it is still around. All of God's power that's been bestowed upon it . Anyone who touches it or get's close to it will die. Almost the same principle that anyone who sees the face of God will surely die.

I've heard that it is being held by the Coptic (or Ethiopian Orthodox) church in Ethiopia -- but I am skeptical of this.
Am open to being corrected by evidence, however,
Cordially,
