I have an RCA 35" CRT that has a horizontal line for a picture until it "warms up". Then the picture is full screen but sometimes the picture jumps. Can this be repaired?

sound like you have bad solder connections on the vertical output Integrated circuit. will be a really flat 1 inch long thin part on a heat sink that will have a number on it "LA????" try re-soldering those. the cracks in the solder will be very tiny but should be an easy fix.

Well I dont mind a B cup, but an A is pretty small (practically nothing). I dont like huge breasts. If your talking ourely from a sexual prospective and nothing else, it might be a turn off. But relationships are never about sex only, they are about people who become friends, have an attraction, a connection, and things in common. So in a relationship a man is not going to have sex only for sex. if you do engage in that, it's not the right thing to do anyway. Wait until you find someone like a serious boyfriend before you even get to that. And by than, the boy will be looking at much more than just your breasts!

The vertical deflection is not working. Could be a blown component or broken connection. Components fail when cold but "get better" when heated up. You could call a local repair shop and ask how much to repair (they should be able to give you an estimate). Howver, be sure to check the price of a new set--in all liklihood, the repair will not be worth it.

I wouldn't bother. It would cost more than the TV is worth.
Now you have an excuse to get a new Plasma screen.
