Peter Luger's... hands down. Best steak in the world... the epitome of a steakhouse where you can't even consider ordering something else like chicken or fish. Kinda pricey, but what do you expect... it blows away Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Sparks, Gallagher's, and all the rest.
