because this person is abusing the system. is there a way you can report her because it is tax dollars that is paying for her 24 hr sitters.

I'm not quite sure what your question is. But I think it's o.k. to do all those things and still have tenncare. There's thousands of people without health care. For one reason or another. Mostly not anybodies fault. It lies in the economy. But i would rather see everybody on some kind of tenncare than no health care at all!! I know someone personally w/o any health care, needs operation that he can't get unless he pays upfront, he can't work until he gets his needed operation. They've cut all the state help and he's falling thru the cracks. Now that's a shame.....

just because she can go out to eat and go to the beauty shop does not mean that she can afford health care her job may not offer health care and good health care is expensive to have and i guess she has kids and a family plan can be expensive so it does not matter that she can do all that and still have tenncare plus she has to qualify for it so if she gets it then she does qualify for it and do u know where she gets her other money from
