If he was compatible and a decent person AND got checked for diseases (many times) AND NEVER went back to that profession, MAYBE.

Hmm, only if she:
--was still fairly young,
--wasn't uglier than your average slab of roadkill the way many of them are (ugly faces are a turn-off),
--Tested for STDs *before* the marriage, *before* the honeymoon, and then not more than a *year* after the honeymoon....got to make sure she isn't rancid with STDs,
--and used some manner of internal contraception should she go back to her old (hopefully former) line of work....
Really. If you take reasonable precautions, why wouldn't they be the same as anyone else in a high-risk-to-health job? People marry police officers and janitors and garbage-truck drivers all the time, and the question doesn't show up here....
Bottom line, Porn Stars, (especially of the female variety) are people too....they're just people you have to be a bit careful with is all. ;)

I mean, if I was in love with her, of course I would marry her.
But if I just thought she was amazingly hot with an amazing body, then I wouldn't marry her because chances are, it wouldn't work out. :-/
