I only have a microwave and minifridge

i can't get anything with exposed wires (george forman grill, toaster, etc.) need recipies i can use in a microwave

If you are in a normal dorm room then you have no counterspace and if you're lucky, a sink that you also wash your hands and face in, so you probably are better off not actually cooking. Frozen foods are the easiest, and Lean Cusines fit well in a minifridge freezer. Also, to try and stay healthy keep some stuff in the fridge that you can eat without cooking or having to prepare, like baby carrots, grapes, lowfat cheese slices, etc. Have fun at college!

Any recipe that is safe and tasty and economical. Just remember to use the daily recomended intake. Grains 5-12 serving per day, fruits and veg. 5-10 per day, milk products adult 2-4 (pregnant 3-4) , meat and alternatives 2-3. A good one is stew with a glass of milk and bread. Variety and moderation. Enjoy fresh is best and bright colour veg. and fruit.

If your allowed to have a George Forman type appliance, get one. you can make grilled cheese, fried bologa sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken, ham and cheese wrap, the possibilities are endless, I have one.
