It's too soon for the stitch to come out. 5 days is the minimum and 7 days is more the norm. Unless the stitch was placed for some purpose other than wound closure...

No, don't rip it out! OUCH! You could also do some damage and cause infection. If the tails of the suture are too long, you could try trimming them or better yet, put a gauze pad that's been soaked in water and hydrogen peroxide (50/50 mixture) over the suture, so you won't be biting down on it.
Sorry, I understand how annoying that can be! Call your oral surgeon tomorrow.....

I would say no - do something else that will provide the slightly painful feeling you are looking for. Scratch an itch elsewhere until it is raw - that will keep you from thinking about the tooth. Or, maybe, your dentist can give you some good pain killers?

Dont rip it out, it could cause tearing and could also lead to infection because it will become an open wound.
