Under no curcumstances do you go to a bar!!! lol. The place that I have found the greatest guys were at church functions and concerts. Maybe you're not a church person, but a christian man - you can sure they will show you respect.

I was just about to ask the same question. Things aren't going right with my guy, he's not appreciating me and takes me for granted. I'm thinking about dumping him and moving on.
But h-ll no am I going to try and meet someone in the bar.
Maybe you can try coffee houses, even if you don't drink coffee.

Also, anywhere there's volunteer work going on.
But some word of the advise is don't go straight to dating; be platonic friends for awhile. Also, there's a saying that you tend to find someone when you're not looking.
