I noticed that my neighbor drinks pepsi, Coca Cola, and other softdrinks and fruit juices. One Time I even saw the neighbor reach for a bottle of shampoo in his bathroom which is not good.
Afterwards he took out a gel and rubbed it on his hair and this is a CLEAR sign hes a terrorist.
Sometimes I see them in their backyard drinking gatoride too.
What should I do and should I report this?

Yes you have a valid point to make. The police now a days is harassing people by suspecting them as a terrorist. The make fancy stories to scare us and do whatever they want. They are unable to catch the real culprits that is why they divert our focus somewhere else. I am still not believing the London airport story as told by them.
But that doesn't mean we stop suspecting people and take everything lightly. So in case you see somebody behaving abnormally, do report it to the FBI.
