I have no idea about real meat, but I'd put a leftover veggie or tofu burger in the microwave for about 2 mins. on 80% power. Keep an eye on it, if it's sizzling like crazy stop it before the 2 mins. is up. Hope this helps!

Since it is already cooked, all you are doing is re-heating it. Take the burger out of the bun and zap it for approx. 25 seconds. Meanwhile, put the bun under the top element in your toaster oven and re-heat it separately. Putting the bun in the microwave will toughen it, especially if it has such things as sauce, ketchup etc. on it. When the bun is hot, slip the burger pattie back on it and enjoy.

About a minute or two. Make sure you take out the pickles, tomato and lettuce before you put the burger in the microwave.

I usually put it in for thirty seconds... then turn it over and do another thirty seconds. If you have your burger on a bun, wrap it in a paper towel and put it in the microwave for thirty seconds; rotate a quarter turn, and microwave for another thirty seconds. I usually don't alter the time if I add cheese... comes out great.
