i keep getting an error message when i try to start the game. it is
"CD/DVD emulation software has been detected. Please disable all CD/DVD emulation software and restart the game"
what can i do? i am not smart when it comes to these things i just want to play my game.

......U Have A Emulation CD/DVD Program That Makes Others Play Without The Disc....It's Called: "No-CD-Hack"
Make Sure You Don't Have The Following: "Daemon Tools, Alcohol, Or Any Virtual Drives" (Drives That Can Instantly Download To Your Hard Drive That's Not Really A Drive).
If Not, You Might Have A Program Called: "SD 4 SUCKS or Safedisc".

I have that game, I was just going to play it! Anyway, try completely uninstalling the game before downloading it.
If that doesn't work, go to their website (I'm not sure what it is). The game will be EXTREMELY laggy if you don't do a system clean up, or if you have alot of programs already installed on your computer. Good luck!

attempt operating in Compatibility mode for XP flow to the applications icon precise click press homes then to compatibility Tab choose 'Run this application in Compatibility Mode for:' and choose 'living house windows XP service %. 2' then attempt to play it and if it doesnt artwork then the game may not be properly matched with vista

I don't know what that means either, but my sims2 plays up if i forget to turn off my anti-virus before i play.

try restartng the game after installing it b4 playing it
