All raw fruit and vegetables are great. Lean meat and fish - chicken breast, tuna packed in water. Rice cakes. Whole grain breads and cereals. Low fat dairy products. Hmmm ... sounds like the food pyramid ... these sites give you all the information you need. I hope this helps.

I'm sure it will be pork ears. You can buy them at Food Lion. It's nutritional and gives you good appetite to eat more. You boil it first with ginger root, sliced into cubes and deep fry in pure Italian oil. You combined it with fried tofu. The gravy will be made of soy sauce, onions, jalapeno, celery, and a little bit of vinegar.

fruit and vegies. Super foods are things like broccoli, fish, garlic and blueberry's.
I'm not a big eater so I try to eat alot of "super foods". We eat alot of dried fruits in our house. My niece snacks on carrots - no fat there.

Fruits and Veggies are great snack foods.
There are also many snack treats you can find at a health store.
Raisins are also very good and good for you. You can carry a small box in your purse.

snacking as you call it is the body's way of telling you, that you are not eating right .Try veggies instead of chips and naucho's.
with the right spices and certain dips they taste just a good

boil turkey bacon in water and then store it in the fridge individually packaged. Not too much taste but its healthy and better tasting than most healthy foods.
