When I asked for a breakdown, I meant, can someone please tell me how it works, what a point means and how many points are allowed per day kind of thing. Everyone is just explaining how they did it, or how it works,,,but I need to know exactly how it works so I can start doing it. Knowing that a point equals a certain number of calories does not help me much.

I read the answers you got before and they are all right... that is about all the logic available to explain it. Somethings that you think would have high point values don't and some things that you think would have low or no points have high point values. Each day you look in a little book to figure out how many points different food has. You can keep track of points in a journal they give you. If you stay within that magic number, you will loose. Working out GIVES you points. The thing that helped me (sorry, I know you said its not helpful, but I wish you'd just GO it is magically successfully good!) is having to get weighed every week... that and the Fruities candies ... I lost 12 pounds in one month and then found I was expecting *YAY and will join again no doubt!
