Just don't try blowing on the other end, he will bite you.

When you blow in a dogs face it takes their breath, but when they stick their heads out the car windows they are at an angle and it is not blowing directly into their faces.

Clever. But of course, you do realize that it is very dangerous for a dog to hang his head out of the window while you are driving. Right? Yeah, they can get hit with rocks, bugs, lit cigarettes, etc. Any of those things, when traveling at even 30 miles per hour would hit the dogs face pretty hard.
I know they like it but that doesn't mean it's good for them. We, as their guardians are supposed to protect them from dangerous situations. Like, just as an example, say I really liked to get googly-eyed-drunk and go driving really fast in my car. Do you think my mother (or anyone else for that matter) would let me do that just because I really, really LIKED to? "Golly" she said "I know that she could get hurt because she's drunk. But what can I do? She just loves to do that!?" : )

he will not learn about bit*hes in heat

lol, thats what my very young minature schnuzer, Sophie dose when then windows are open she gets on my lap and i hold her so she wont jump out and she loves the open air but when im playing with her and playfully blow on her nose she growls and sometimes even lightly bites or even licks me if she is in an extra good mood, i guess its because thier nose is very sensitive and our breath is warm and may seem sort of hot to them.
