I worked at mcdonalds FOREVER.. Which comes in handy in a situation like this.. Take a tuna can and drain tuna save it if you want it and then cut the other end off the tuna can. Rinse it and take off the paper. Now you have a nice round thingie to cook the egg in.
Grab a skillet that has a lid to it and warm it up . Place tuna can in the skillet and put a little butter in the tuna can break egg into tuna can and break yolk. Add a little water to the outside of the tuna can into the skillet itself and cook the egg until it is done with the lid on.
In the meantime take an english muffin and toast it in the toaster.
They sell canadian bacon at Walmart where all the prepackaged meat is , Take one slice of that and warm it up in the microwave for like 10 seconds or you can throw it in the skillet where you cooked the egg, Assemble the cheese, egg and canadian bacon on the toasted english muffin and then take wax paper and wrap around the whole thing and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and VOILA , Your very own Egg mcmuffin that you did not have to wait till morning for!

7. Pull the can off the egg; turn the egg over and cook for 1 minute more.

Yea i make these all the time. Buy a pack of English Muffins, take one, slice it ine ha;f and stick it in the toaster for as long as you want. Then take a slice of american cheese, the kind you put on grilled cheese sandwhiches. Then fry (cook) an egg anyway you like, add salt to it as for it enriches the flavor. Then fit as much egg on there as possible and the egg will melt the cheese. If not, microwave the muffin and cheese alone till melted. Then add a slice of ham, sausage or whatever meat you like on it. PUt the other half of the muffin and ta da! You got yourself a homemade egg mcmuffin with more than half less the colries and fat. Enjoy!

You will need make a poached egg. You can do this easily by getting an egg poacher to add to any frying pan. This will make the egg exactly like the McDonald's one. For the sausage you can just buy sausage patties, english muffins and cheese.

Yes, I made one of these at home and it was really good.

1. Make like a tiny omelet using only 1 egg and fold it into the shape of a circle

2. Place the egg onto two slices of wheat bread, along with a slice of melted American cheese & ham.

I hope you like it :)

I usually fry up some sausages and egg and grill the muffin with some cheese on top. Serve, with mustard, mayonaise and tomato sauce. Much tastier than mcdonalds.
