Yes, I use stevia. It is a plant that is not dangerous to use as a sugar replacement.
I found out about it about two years ago and used it off and on - along with Splenda. Then when I found out how dangerous Splenda was, I switched totally over to Stevia. It is sweeter than any other sweetener, and it comes in different forms - drops, powder, or liquid.
I use it in everything. Cooking, baking, coffee, tea.

I use stevia in my coffee. It's great in cereal like Grape Nuts. I have used it for about a year. Just a bit will do. I haven't used it in baking.
