In Japanese, we say "short and cute," and it means "chiisakute kawaii."

ex. A short and cute girl. "chiisakute kawaii onnanoko"

"Not short and cute" is an awkward phrase to the Japanese. It should be "tall and cute."

ex. A tall and cute boy. "segatakakute kawaii otokonoko"
