Definitely go to the vet. If a cat doesn't eat AND has a temperature, those are two sure signs that something is wrong.
If he's not using the litter box, it could be a urinary problem, which can be really serious. Get to the vet!

I agree -- take him to the vet -- but if you cannot make it to a vet ASAP, you should keep him warm. (Can use a heat pad on low to med heat -- covered!) & check cat often as don't want to over-heat or get thermal burns. He may not be using litter pan because 1. he's dehydrated, 2. he has kidney failure, 3. he is blocked (urinary-wise) -- all of which you should still have him seen by the vet. His lack of appetite can be due to the kidney failure or if he's blocked (uncomfortable, distressed & in pain). It's not a good thing for a cat to heat w/ a sub-normal temperature because they cannot digest their food.

I'd take him to an emergency clinic, ASAP. That is a low temp for a cat. Make them run a CBC and a few other tests. There are several things that could be wrong!

That's a low temp for a cat. Maybe a thyroid problem? I think he needs to see the vet.

You should get your cat to the vet ASAP. Not eating is a bad sign, but if it's not using the litter box, it is probably dehydrated which is very dangerous! Don't wait!!! Good luck!

My cat recently had to be put down because she was avoiding me, tired, and she drank a lot of water. She had a kidney failure problem. You should take him to the vet before he gets lathargic. He still may have a chance!

I think it's obvious you need to take him to the Vet, as soon as possible. Why are you waiting? When an animal won't eat, that's serious.

Take him to the vet. This is no time to play with his health.
