What happened on the worst date you ever had?

I'd been wanting to go out with this guy for a long time. He finally asked me out & we went out to dinner and to play putt putt. He kept having to go to the bathroom. He didn't seem sick so I thought something was up. I followed him when he went to the "bathroom" at putt putt & he was on a pay phone talking to his best friend telling him that as soon as he could dump me he would be there, and to tell his girlfriend that he would be there just as soon as he left the hospital. "There" turned out to be a big party. He had been calling his girlfriend all night telling her he was at the hospital visiting his sick grandma.

I've never really had any bad "dates" that I can remember, I was, um, not quite sober throughout most of high school, which is when I did the most dating...and I was with the same guy for most of my junior year and all of my senior year so...
Senior prom sucked big-time though. NOTHING worked out that night.
Other than that, there were just WEIRD things that happened.
Like the guy I met on the internet, who turned out to be the son of this woman I had known since I was like 13, and I used to spend all of my allowance in her store. That was scary.
Then there was the military guy before I met my husband, whom I met once, and chatted with, who proposed marriage. Eek.
That's really all I can think of right now.
