Giving your Grandma an enema is its own reward.

What if she charged you for everything she has done for you in the past? You probably would never be able to pay her back.
My grandmother helped my parents raise me and my brothers and sisters.. I couldn't take a dime from her, no way.... I always felt as though I couldn't do enough for her for all the things she's done for me in the past.
Be there for her,( without charge) you never know when you may need someone to do the same for you...

No, you should pay the dear lady for the honor. But she needs to replace you with a real nurse as soon as possible, because obviously you are mentally unwell.

Isn't her love enough?

If it isn't, maybe you should draw up a chart stating how much she should pay you when you visit. Or even a minimum amount to be paid when you give her a call.

What's wrong with you!

I think that you shouldnt even think about money...Your grandma is your flesh and blood, and even if you have to see her flesh more than you want to... I still think that its being courteous and respectful of your elders... Hope this helps!

neither, you do it because she's family and those are the kinds of things family does for one another without expecting payment in return.
