need to know a rrrrrreallllllyyyyyyyy good dieting plan. i want to go back to the gym but i need help with what and when to eat...like in detail...please help

I think hands-down the best diet to folow is the South Beach Diet (check it out at Southbeachdiet.com). It combines the best of the low carb/low sugar/low fat diets with the amazing result of quick weight loss without hunger pangs! It is also easy to follow and you don't have to buy special foods, just healthy ones. It worked for me when I needed to diet! For the first 2 weeks, you have the following: Breakfast; Unlimited protein (eggs, meat like Canadian bacon, chicken, etc. and 1/2 cup vegetables (I make a veggie omelet with lo fat cheese). Lunch: Unlimited protein (Lean hamburger, chicken, steak, fish, eggs, or tofu) 2 cups veggies ( I often used a chef's salad for this), Dinner- Unlimited protein, 2 cups veggies. You also get two snacks a day, you can eat nuts, low fat cheese sticks, meat like a turkey wrap, etc. There are tons of choices! Then , after the first two weeks (in which you lose anywhere from 7- 18 pounds), you slowly addd back the dairy, fruit, etc. Check it out, it's very easy and very healthy.

when you go to a gym ask the trainer if they know of a good diet to follow
