I want to get a body wave done to my hair, but I figure there will be some days that I will want my straight hair back.

So my question is can I just blow dry it or flat iron it straight and then wash it the next day and it will be wavy again the next day?

Yes, But you may need some practice to make it straight.

I have real straight hair and have done a perm two times on it. The perm stays on for maybe the most a week and then falls out, sow it depends if your hair is manageable and easy to tame for your body wave to stay. Yes you can blow dry it and flat iron it but it might ruin your wave. When my hair is dry it is straight but when I wet it it curls up and only stays if I put mouse and hairspray. It depends how your hair holds out to change.

this is Styles By Dennis in Houston TX and yes you can get a perm and if for some reason you want it straight again it is possible with another perm but instead of rolling your hair all the stylist has to do is comb the perm solution through your hair. Any questions call me at 713-590-1269

my friend did this and it turned out to be a disaster. Her hair was fried from the perm and she had to work extra hard to make it straight and half the time it looked kinky.

It will go straight and then wavy again once you wash it but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have the time and the patience to deal with it!
