My best advice to you is to drink tons and tons of ice cold water. Not only does it help fill you up, flush your body of toxins, clean your pores, but it will help you lose weight. The coldness revs up your metabolism to warm up your body, thus burning calories. I can relate. I felt the same at your age. This was the advice my mother gave me. It takes time. Be patient. Ignore mean comments. Chances are you will get all of this under control in no time. Just keep being a good hearted person on the inside and always remember who your friends were that liked you for you. Not how you looked. Keep a positive attitude. Things sometimes are easier to deal with when you know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Best of wishes to you. You are in my prayers.

First, see a real dermatologist. They will help with the acne. There are many new medications out there. Second, 25 # overweight is not that bad. Lose it slowly while you're young. You'll do fine if you exercise a little too. Next, try not to be so self conscious about things. Pick up some new hobbies, join some cool organizations at school, you'll meet people there too. You're only young once and there are people who feel the same as you do. Try not to worry about what they say about other people, as long as you have a few friends and decent grades, nothing else should matter.

I feel so bad for you. I promise you that I will pray for you. There are many reasons for acne. Your genes, your horomones, your food intake, even exercise. When you exercise, your pores open up to breath, this helps cool the body as your body tempature rises. Also, as you are sweating, you are releasing toxins from your body. They must be washed off immediately. Bacteria thrive on these toxins. Since you are heavy, you are probably sweating just from the extra weight. I assume that your parents are over weight as well. We learn eating habbits from our parents but sometime we eat for happiness. If you had busy parents when you were younger you may not have had the attention you desired and fell victim to food. I think you need to educate yourself on food and what it does to your body. Frozen foods, fast foods and sweets are your enemy. Fresh veggies, fresh fruits and baked, broiled or grilled meats are the best thing for your weight and your skin. Keep your face clean as much as possible. Stay away from soda for a while. Drink lots of water.
Acne, is a skin problem that starts when oil and dead skin cells clog up your pores. Some people call it blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, or zits. When you have just a few red spots, or pimples, you have a mild form of acne. Severe acne can mean hundreds of pimples that can cover the face, neck, chest, and back. Or, it can be bigger, solid, red lumps that are painful (cysts).
For most people, acne starts during the teen years. This is because hormone changes after puberty make the skin more oily.
It usually gets better after the teen years.

I would not obsess too much about this right now. You are going through puberty and your body is going to be going through a lot of changes. Everyone your age is feeling the same way. If you want to feel better about yourself start participating in some activities that you enjoy, whether that be a sport, drama class or just walking. Be patient, it will pass and get better.

go to a dermatologist for your skin, and keep eating right and exercising (even when you don't feel like it) to lose the weight.

well, go see a dermatologist, they will recomend you something good, and seriously, when you point things out to people, they start noticing, but if you show them you love yourself that'll make them love you! just be confident. look at your great qualities!
