Our large dog plays very roughly with our smaller dog. She grabs the smaller dog by the back of the neck and doesn't release him. We're worried the smaller dog will be injured. The smaller dog wants to play but yelps in pain sometimes. How can we let them play, but not endanger our smaller dog?

NEVER let them alone together, either inside or out. Correct your large dog with a strong "no!" and squirt him with a spray bottle of water. Just one or two squirts should do it at a time. Soon, all you'll have to do is pick up the bottle and he'll stop. Works wonders, but watch them closely....Good luck!

wow, this is a tough one. seems the big dog is a bit too aggressive. i'n not sure how to treat the problem.. u may have to see a behaviorist. other wise u may come home one day and see the small one injured.

Ouch, you need to take him to a training class. Or you can do it yourself, this thing helped out loads with our lab.
