I think so, some of my relatives say that ant`s will go on your head, Lol.
But just in case, I blow dry my hair. I don`t want any bug`s climbing up of my head!

The problem is when your hair is long (or medium length) and may get tangled or dry in weird ways as you sleep. Your short hair should be fine wet as you go to sleep.

Here is the main problem. Your pillow case may need to be washed more often, though, because it may collect mildew from the wetness.

It's ok to sleep with your hair wet.. It might look funny in the morning or it may still but wet but it's not bad for you.

noooo, I am not dead yet and I sleep with wet hair all the time. It might not look the best in the morning, but at least I know it is clean. That is what we call and old wive's tale in the states.

Of course it's not wrong to sleep with wet hair but it isn't good for your hair though.

It's bad if it's really cold out and it's a real pain in the butt to comb out the tangles in the morning.

Try taking your bath earlier, that way you won't fall asleep with wet hair.

thats just silly, i go to bed nearly every night with wet hair, ofcourse it stands on end, but i spray it with water and put mousse on it when i get up. some people used to think it would give you a cold, but our homes are usually better than they were 100 yrs ago and it shouldnt make you get sick unless you are exposed to germs.

When you sleep you sweat and ****, 1, therefore taking a shower at night is pointless cuz its just getting greesy and ****. 2, Its not bad at all. Your hair is prolly gonna have more waves or curls to it thats all...
o.o at least on my thought I used to take showers at night all the time.

WELL IT IS WRONG AS PEOPLE SAY THAT IF YOUR HAIR ARE WET THEN ITS EASY TO CATCH COLD AND GET SICK. THE REASON THAT YOUR HEAD AS ITS WET BE ALWAYS BE COOL AND ANY AIR WHETHER NATURAL OR BY AIRCON WILL EFFECT IT.

MOREOVER ITS EASY TO GET DANDRUFF IF YOU SLEEP WITH WET HAIR EVERYDAY.
