I find the best way to reheat rice is to put it in a container, cover with boiling water for a few minutes, separate it with a fork and then drain in a colander.
Rice rehydrates really well this way and tastes fresh.

First put the rice on a microwave safe plate. Break it up a little with the fork. Next get a paper towel and dampen the middle of it with a little water. Lay in over the rice and stick it in the microwave. Wa La perfect rice.

Eat at your own risk, but chicken can go bad quick. Although it may not smell bad, all kind of bacteria are there, just waiting to be warmed in the oven or microwave and make their way into your warm body. There, they will continue to multiply and you will have a good case of food poisoning. A good rule of thumb with cooked chicken stored in the refrigerator is no longer than 3 days, 4 tops! I suggest you throw it out, to be on the safe side.

Mix a couple tablespoons of water into the rice and then cover with a damp paper cloth and microwave until warm. Fluff and it's ready to eat.

Boil it for about 2 mins in alot of water and then strain. You dont want it sticky or slightly stail. So this is the best was to reheat and make it taste like it was fresh made!

one of two ways........
if single seving, sprinkle with a little water and nuke it for a min. or two (depending on micro-wave) if a larger bowl of it, just cover the bottom of bowl being used to heat it and nuke it.

or if you have a double boiler where the top pot has holes like a colander put an inch and a half water in the bottom part and the rice in top part cover and bring water to a boil, stiring and checking rice every couple of min..........be carful the steam coming up is very hot.

Try frying some finely cut vegetables-carrots,onions,capsicum&
whatever else you have. Stir through the rice, you can even add some finely chopped cold meat if you have any. Its a great hit with the kids.
