When my (ex) fiancee proposed to me I laughed. Not because the answer was no but because of the situation. We were at a friends house and bullcrapin around and he proposed but the way he did it was too funny. When my cousins now husband proposed, she cried.

I was happy when I was proposed to. I was really really excited. Sometimes though some people do cry. They are just so excited that they do not know how to react. But sometimes they cry because they do not want to be married. I do not know anything about them though, so I couldn't really tell you. It just all depends. But I was happy, and most people are, but some just have different emotions than others.

your cousin's g/f cried because females are usually emotional in this type of situation.

If I had been dating him for a long time & was really in love with him,I would cry too!
This is a most overjoying event,because people just don't act this decently anymore nor desire to make commitments!

Maybe she was happy!? I didn't cry any of the 4 times it happened to me but I was happy. The last time I was so excited I couldn't stop smiling....one of the best days of my life!

Right now I would say no. No matter how much I loved him. Education comes first...and you can always take it back if he stays with you.
