No, it is natural. I hope nobody or no one will put that nonsense in your head.

How can it be we don't consciously have any control over what we dream about. If that was the case we would stop ourselves from having nightmares. I am a christian and I have had wet dreams before, in these dreams I would normally be engaged in sexual acts with another person. I didnt for this dream and I couldn't have controlled it if I wanted to, not that I did(wink). But the point is that it is a normal biological function, and sometimes you don't even have to have a dream it could be because a guys penis was rubbing against the sheets or a pillow for a prolonged period of time. If you don't ejaculate regulalry, the semen gets built up and needs release, the body recycles some of it back into itself but for the most part there is nowhere for it to go. so its goes out the only way it knows how. This is also evident because wet dreams occur in younger teen males 12-14 but not in older ones 15 & up. That is because by this age most males have started to have some sexual activty, be it masturbation or intercourse with another. But that is all I have to say and all I know on the subject. Thanx

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
All this talk about sin sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.
The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.
Love and blessings

I would say no. I also don't think masturbation, homosexuality, or sex is a sin. I can't imagine something as harmless as the above would be a disqualifier for getting into heaven. If it is, why would you want to worship an entitiy that prohibits such harmless things yet will allow a murderer or rapist through the pearly gates so long as you repent and accept said entity as your savior? If that's the way it really works, I want no part of it.

Granted I don't believe in sin (morals or lack thereof are much different than sin IMO). But a wet dream is something that you have absolutely no conscious control over while you are doing/experiencing it. So there is no logical reason why would that could be a sin/crime.

No. A dream isn't within our control, or that is true most of the time for most of us. Now, if we did things or thought things during the day in order to bring about "wet dreams" or sexy dreams at night, well then, that might be a whole nuther thing, but a wet dream as it occurs without any specific stimulation during your waking hours to precipitate it, is NOT a sin. God Bless you.

It means ....You are backed up!The only time jerkin'your gerkin is mentioned is in the "Law" where it says "he who emits his seed on the ground shall wash and be unclean until evening".Not a bad trade if you are desparate. The other is in Genesis, when God struck Onan down for spilling on the ground instead of in his wife, but that was because he was supposed to keep Judah's line going thru which Jesus the Messiah would come.So relax don't make a habit out of it ,but don't ,you know ,go rape the dog or somethin'.

No sin, and if you are named Lot you can see your wife turn to salt, get drunk and have kids with your daughters. Biblical times were good for men.
