In order to make sure you stick to this plan of eating healthy. 1) Prep is key- Be sure to make enough food for the week. Buy Ziploc containers to store your food in. 2) High protein and good carbs. 3) Lots of water. 4) Correct portion. Size of fist for each: Carb, protein, and fat.
I like being creative so that I stick to my diet (lifestyle). I make bbq or lemon chicken(protein) w/ brown rice(carb) and trail mix/nuts(fat) raw only.
or
Whole grain bread(carb) sliced Turkey/Chicken(protein) with lettuce, tomato, fat free mayo, mustard, and avacado(fat)
Remember to make your (fat) portions smaller. Also, only healthy fats. Like raw nuts, avacado, peanut butter.

A great healthy cook-book is Body-4-LIFE cookbook. Delicious easy meals. Also, if I am in a rush I get a protein drink ready in a container I can shake it in. I just add two ice cubes and very cold water/fat free milk.

If you have anymore meals you'd like to hear about I have many more! I could write about this all day! Hope this helps.

Bring your own lunch if possible. Then you know exactly what you are getting. I remember always being weary of cafeteria food.

Depends on what they are serving that day. Don't eat too much breads, pasta, cookies, etc.
