If she's nesting like that you'll have kittens for sure within the next 2 days. Just leave her be and watch her through her labor. Be careful if you need to assist with any births, I've been bitten by my cat out of pain, not meanness on her part. Let her do what comes naturally for her. Good luck. My kittens just turned 4 weeks old.

I use a large laundry basket under a table. That is safe for the kittens with a towel under neath them, to keep them warm.
You can wash the towel every day or so and the Mother cat can jump out if she needs a break.
Good luck. Be sure that MOM has lots of water fresh water, and lots of love. The nursing kittens have lots of sharp teeth and nursing hurts mommy cat, so be extra special nice to her for the next month or so.

i have dealt with 4 litters so far. what is going to happen is she will go into labor, she'll want to find a place that is dark and warm, you can set up a plastic tub on its side with a towel in it, expect things to get messy! she'll push and out will come the cat, now it will be in a bubble type thing, the mother will eat it, ...let her eat it, and she will chew the imbilical cord off, let her eat that too (these will let her have protein to feed her babies) now dont touch the kittens unless you know they're not breathing. if they Mew, this is a good sign! now if they are bleeding from the umbilical cord for a while, tie the cord. <- this is unlikely but i'm telling you just incase. if you think things are going wrong you can always call your local vet for advice. now she will feed the kittens for about.......4-6 weeks, if longer thats okay, but when they start getting big, make sure they have their own box, away from their mother (now i'm not saying she cant visit, its just to make the separation easier, and to ween them off of the mothers milk, by this time they should be able to eat cat food and milk, they may not like water, but you can always set it there for them to try. they'll also eat meat like chicken. if you have anymore questions please email me at geministar872004@yahoo.com. good luck!

i imagine my daughter advised me they bypass like sixty 3 days. yet your cat certainly feels like she is getting close. you want to discover an out of how position and positioned a blanket there for her to have her children on. she will have the capacity to target to cover to have them. And after she starts off having them, she probably received't enable absolutely everyone yet you round her. she will have the capacity to matter on you to assist her. If it truly is her first clutter, she must be frightened. If human beings attempt to p.c.. her children up and mess with them too quickly, she will have the capacity to target to move them. good success!

Keep things quiet around her, give her a box and a room thats quiet and trafic free. Just let her have them and if she's friendly, she'll let you see them.
