I do not think you can get that type of altering surgery. I do not believe any surgeon would do this because it would be "unethical". If per chance you could get this done...could you compare just doing it the old fashioned way, via your hand, to giving yourself a ********? If you jerk off with your hand are you gay too?

it is a medical fact that having a rib removed does not allow you to be able to give yourself head, its impossible, i dont think u would be considered gay just very lonely

Not necessarily. Gay is considered wanting to be with "another" man. He just wants to be with himself and pleasuer himself in ways he otherwise couldnt.
