I say eat 5 "small" meals per day.
Meal 1- Fist portion of protein. Fist portion of carbohydrate. Handful of fats.
Meal 2-Protein bar w/ around 200-300 calories, 20 grams protein, 25-30 grams carbs.
Meal 3-Fist portion of protein. Fist portion of carbohydrate. Handful of fats.
Meal 4-Protein bar w/ around 200-300 calories, 20 grams protein, 25-30 grams carbs.
Meal 5-Fist portion of protein. 1/2 Fist portion of carbohydrate. 1/2 Handful of fats.
Eat less carb and fat in the evening so it doesn't go to storage while you are sleeping. Also, try eating your last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime. All meals should be eaten 2-21/2 hours apart. You will not get hungry.
Protein Ideas: Ground Turkey, Turkey Jerky, Turkey Burgers, Veggie Burgers, Chicken, Salmon, Tofu.
Carb Ideas: Yogurt, fruits apple, orange, carrots, celery, sweet potato, whole-grain bread (any type of berries/any green veggies).
Fat Ideas: Any raw nuts pref. (Almonds, Soy nuts, Walnuts), peanut butter, avacado.
Protein Bars: Apex, Cliff Builder, Power Crunch(This is the best)!
Hope this helps!

Depending on what you are looking for and how your schedule relates to your lifestyle. The ideal diet regimen is 6 small meals a day however, it is sometimes unrealistic to accomplish in the real world. Try eating four meals mixing and matching vegetables and meats as well as getting your grains in such as bread. Breakfast typically should be the biggest meal and as the day goes on you should limit or shorten your meals and eat dinner at a sensible time letting you digest and release before you go to bed. This is a generalization of some healthy habits, you should seek the help of a nutritionist.
