I don't know if exercise or diets are the fastest?
I would like to lose, but do not belong to a gym, and it is very hot here, still, where I live in Calif. Any suggestions? I have some exercise stuff in my home, stair stepped, (cheap one) and treadmill. I can't seem to get into the mood for exercise, what do you think? Thanks. P.S. I am not obese, just about 35 lbs overweight

* Eat fresh fruit

* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.

* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.

* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.

* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.

* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!

* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

The easiest, fastest way to lose weight in a HEALTHY manner is a combination of eating nutritious balanced meals AND exercising. Sorry, you have to do both!
Since you do have some exercise equipment at home, you already have a head-start. If you can't get motivated, try playing some energizing music while you use the treadmill....
I lost 15 pounds several months ago by using this method, and it has stayed off. You have to really make a lifestyle change, not just try a temporary quick fix. I also dropped red meat from my diet, use only turkey or seafood.... It has a HUGE impact.

Dont believe the myth that diet or exercise alone will make the lbs melt away. You need medical science. First of all one must determine why the extra weight is there in the first place. From stress cortisol might be taking its toll. Cortislim might be the answer. Trim Spa is also a good idea for light weight loss as you have described that you are in need of.

This has exactly that. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Cardio...Cardio...Cardio.... Invest in a stationary bike (treadmill is good too) at home or hit the gym. Stay away from refined carbs, sugar, and sweets. Eat lean meats and veggies. I did it. I lost 60 pounds of baby weight.

Once you get started with an excercise program by maybe just riding your stationary bike while you watch TV you will be hooked! You will want to do more. Start slow like that and believe me it will happen.

You my friend are looking for an easy way to lose weight without doing any excercise, the answer is TAHITIAN NONI JUICE, i lost 50lbs with this stuff without doing any excercise b/c i despise excercise, I am telling you after 3mths my stomach was flat, along with drinking a gallong\ of water a day and healthy food choices, you can atleast control what you eat, but this juice works.

Cut out empty calories like pop and things that people forget to add the calories on and walk. Walk outside like in a park or something. Working 4 me!
