Tangy Orange BBQ Sauce

2 1/4 cups

3/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed (6 oz can)
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove, mashed
1 tablespoon brown mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

1. combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan, cover, let simmer gently for.
20 minute.
2. stir occasionally, making sure not to scorch.
3. let cool and serve.

How about some chili sauce from those little round bottles,some horse radish and some dark beer,like Guiness.Balsamic vinegar is good too.Cut the acidity with a pinch of sugar.

Try some horseradish. It is tangy and a little sweet at the same time. Not too much or your sauce will taste like cocktail sauce.

A lot of things can give barbecue sauce it depends what type of tang yo want. If you're using a premixed or homemade you can add lemon juice, vinegar, or some bitters. If you like the tang of spice add some Tabasco or some Cayenne pepper. Use your imagination what are some flavors that you find interesting and then add them to the sauce.

they actually sell bbq sauce thats tangy or you could use duck sauce
